The Eden Valley Chamber of Commerce are delighted to announce the first, of what we hope will be many, Love Edenbridge Day.
An idea borne out of discussions to look at raising the profile of the Eden Valley Loyalty Card within the area, it was agreed that a day should be set aside to remind people of all the wonderful businesses we are fortunate to have in our area and to encourage shoppers back into the High Street.
There is currently a small committee working on plans for the day who organised an initial meeting with other local businesses and organisations to find out other opinions on the idea and this was met with great positivity.
We are looking to make it a fun afternoon with stalls, activities, a treasure hunt for children and a great way for local businesses to remind shoppers of all the wonderful things they have to offer in our local town centre.
Of course, businesses in Edenbridge stretch further than just our High Street which is why we are inviting those located outside of the town centre to be a part of the event and have a stall on the day.
We have a second meeting planned for further discussions and planning on Tuesday 21st January 2025 at the Matthew Cox Community Pavilion at Blossoms Park. If you are interested in attending, please drop an email to admin@edenvalleychamber.org.uk
